I've been eating a lot of veggies and fish lately. Salads, bake veg, grilled veg, juiced veg.... LOTS of veggies! I've gotten back to the gym too. I worked out at home the other morning on the elliptical and then hit the gym after work that night. I'm going to the gym again tonight. I'm excited to kick my butt. I've got some new ab exersizes I wanna try out :)
77.9 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
