Thanks to the worse case of stomach virus I've ever endured I lost 2 lbs. Here's hoping I come down with another case and lose another couple more pounds to get me closer to my goal weight. Yay.

77.6 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg. Still to go: 14.1 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
