Hi, everybody! Hope all is well! Here is my exercise detail:



EXERCISE:
5 minutes warm up walk @ 3.0 mph
5 mins running/1 minute walking X 8
15.47 pace running/3.8 mph running
20.00 pace walking/3.0 mph walking

53 minutes total
3.19 miles
300 calories

Even though I have not been documenting here on FatSecret, I have been consistently running every other day for 3 weeks.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.4 kg a Week
