lost those 2 lbs from yesterday.think it was my body's reward to me for being Good last nite-denying the pizza and cupcakes :P
98.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had a similar experience!! GREAT JOB LU!!! I was also thinking as I saw my number, thank goodness I did not partake last night!

It's always great when the scale rewards good behavior. It doesn't always do that, but it sure is wonderful when it does! Congrat's.
