I have my monthly friend right now So I am hoping that 5 lbs there is bloated and when it passes.I will have officially lost 20 lbs.Which will be fantabulous.
However,I am wary because of my history-I seem to lose the first 20 like nothing and then I struggle mercilessly with the next 20.
I am stepping up my exercise.Which isn't much since I was doing nothing before.I got the dang bike down and I am going riding!PTL for this magnificant weather!!!
