Glad that I am getting comfortable about fluctuations- there was a time that a .7 gain would have freaked me out. Now I know that it is just simple fluctuations in my day to day weight, and not a big deal. And really, that counts for a lot, especially after the temptation of Easter candy!!!! :)

I taught my first two Body Back classes this week- the fitness assessment on Monday, and our first real class yesterday. It went great, and I am so excited about my new adventures as a fitness instructor! Who'da thunk it? :)
62.1 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
