Just ONE DAY of being more concious of eating & exercise & I'm down from 157 # & 39% B.F.to 156 & 38% B.F.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
