Guess I wasn't as good as I THOUGHT I was during our 2-week vacation!!
Starting a new exercise challenge at my work with the goal of working out at LEAST 30 minutes each day & shooting for 60 minutes each day.
Back to tracking my food now that vacation is over too.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
