Well I made it the 2 weeks!! Only had 2 minor slips with the heavy bad carbs in the 2 weeks so I don’t think I did to bad. The first was the one night in my taco salad with a few corn chips (the other times I ate it there was no chips) and the second we were away and pizza was ordered for dinner and I had 2 small slices. Oh well you can’t scrap everything at once. I didn’t get back into the home workouts like I thought I was going to last week but that’s ok it will come. I very happy with my results from this last 2 weeks so I think I’ll keep it going. But today is the cheat day so I’m gonna take it all in and love every min of it lol. Will weigh in again in a week or two with my fingers crossed for it to be another good one. Enjoy your week everyone. Moving forth one day at a time everyday striving for a better tomorrow!
