So here I am....gained 15 pounds. The doctors switched all my meds...it was nuts. I am now going back to my routine and hoping I can lose down to 150....we'll see! I want to be a size 10 for my wedding next year!!

83.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 18.1 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Good job recording the 15 pound gain, changes in meds can wreak havoc on anybody. You will soon be back on course.
