So I did not get my yoga in, boo. But it was a long work weekend Wednesday- Sunday cooking breakfast lunch and dinner, so I know I was burning my calories. About to put my dvd in now though! Then going to see my friend in the hospital, she just had her baby girl 2 weeks early, got the baby blanket crocheted yesterday after she told me her water broke.
79.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
