Haven't really lost much "weight" but I've stopped GAINING and I'm down from 38% body fat to 37% today. I haven't seen 37% on the scale for a while. So I'm feeling better about THAT. I may not loose the weight FAST but I'm making better eating choices & TRYING to be more active. I'd rather make REAL lifestyle changes rather than doing a "fad diet" that's just going to have me putting the weight right back on when I stop the "diet".
70.1 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like you're doing things the smart way and yes, making lifestyle changes is the way to go. Keeping the same weight and dropping body fat % means you've lost fat and added muscle which means you're on the right track. Keep up the good work, you'll get to where you want to be.
