I have lost over 1 lb since yesterday, but weight fluctuates, so who knows if that is real weight loss. At least it's going down, not up! :) I have been drinking a ton more water than I normally do but yesterday I did not stick to my calorie goal of 1500 and instead consumed around 2000 calories. Will do better today! I found a recipe on here that I can't wait to try out tonight.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
