BAH!
Why, say I, must weight behave against my commands? If only weight work that way: "be thin" and you're 20 lbs. lighter.

I digress. Up 0.4lbs despite having what I thought was a very healthy day and doing a little bit of exercise. Might perhaps be water retention? Or maybe I'm not eating healthy enough...
Anyways today will be a healthy day and hopefully tomorrow will show that.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

this isn't that a-typical for you. don't fret. .4 really isn't that much. especially for someone who recently lost 2lbs over night. stay focused, EAT ENOUGH, drink lots of water, and shake yo bootay! remember, we're running a marathon here, not a sprint. woo!

I find that what I do one week shows up on the scales the end of the next week so if u did good on ur diet this week when u weigh it might not show up til the next week when u weigh in. I've been there alot of times but I'm not giving up. HANG TOUGH YOU CAN DO IT!
