Well didn't lose much but some is better than none. We are going fishing today and my mom is going with me. Don't know what we are going to eat for lunch, maybe some fruit and fiber bars and drink water and diet sodas. Next Saturday me and some friends I work with or planning to walk the city trail I think is 6 miles long and we r going to try to walk both ways so that will be 12 miles. I think that's half a marathon.
