Only down 1/2 pound this week. However, I ate a late-night snack last night--my leftover chicken salad and salty crackers. Probably not the best choice...I would be better off if I would cut off all food at 8:00, like many plans suggest--But we often eat late--7:30,8:00, even 8:30 or 9:00 in the summer. I guess I could just cut off at supper, regardless of when we eat. I also have a problem with dozing off in my chair, then waking up hungry and eating. Get in bed earlier, girl!!!
