I'm not going to let the numbers get me down. Ok, I am lying. Not going to let the numbers get me MORE down. I AM able to keep up in my cycling class. I AM liftng more weights in the gym. I AM sorta able to do more of my P90x workouts. I DO feel stronger. I am just a fat strong person.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
