Well I joined Fatsercet today. I visted the Dr. today it's be a month sense I was there last and I lost 0, lost 6lbs last month it is discouaging and the reason why is I would eat less calories if I over ate and that was at BD party and Women's meeting at church, for a few days I would eat less calories and I have been excerising more walking 1-2 miles at least 3 times a day and every morning except weekends I would do jumping jacks, squads, and 10lb free weight to tone my legs and arms. And for me not to lose any weight this month hurts because I hardly excr.any last month and I lost weight something is just not right.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Ajmiller... sometimes when we tone up it balances out the weight loss. Try measuring yourself instead of weighing on scales... or do both if you're motivated enough. You may find it's a nice suprise. I know it can be frustrating when you don't seem to lose, especially those women't meetings at church (always too much of the worst type of foods ) But it's worth continuing. Jaz. :)

Thanks, yeah I measure the last day of each month. Two yrs ago I started trying to lose weight and went on the Low Carb. Diet and was 220 when I started and in 4 months I lost 32lbs and than was at a stand still, went on 1200 cal. lost 5lbs and stopped again it is fustrating but I'm not giving up I'm at 176 and my goal is 140-145. I have lost 6.5 in. in my wasit and more everywhere else so that is encouraging. I was in an size 18 and last month I got back in my 12s so happy about that, so it's coming off slowly but surely. Thanks
