Increasing the workouts seems to be having a positive effect. The tough thing about this -- lifestyle-wise -- is getting to bed early enough to get up early and not be too tired to work out.

Someone on this site posted a weeklong workout schedule with a mix of weights and cardio. It seems pretty sensible, and that's what I'm doing. So far it's good!

87.5 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week

I think the workout schedule he is referring to is located here: http://www.fatsecret.com/Default.aspx?pa=memnd&id=5980 It's the only detailed workout schedule I have come across. Hope this helps!! Good luck!!!
