Had trouble staying strict on the food plan this week. Too many things going on and eating on the fly. Stayed within 1/2 pound of last week’s weight, so I’m happy with that. Tomorrow starts a new week for me and I am aiming to be down a pound. Wish me luck.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
