It looks like migraine is finally gone, I'm glad. This morning, my legs are better than yesterday's morning. I hope they will stay this way. I am still not sure what caused my swelling legs for the last two days. I need to keep close eyes on my water and salt intake. I also need to go my routine blood work for thyroid and get new pills because my medication is left only for 6 days. Maybe it's a good timing to check it.
53.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
