I find myself struggling to lose weight and commit to exercise regularly after COVID. I started counting calories (1200/day) this week. I feel like I'm following this plan closer than WW or fasting. I also have an eight day cruise scheduled in 58 days and there is no way in hell I'm starting that trip at this weight. To be continued.....
