well my body is starting to get in gear now I feel like I am staying on track better but I still want the stuff that is not good yet, I get tired of the same stuff so I am looking for other things to eat and I am following the calories more, when I look at what they are I decide they are not worth it and eat a healthy choice fudge bar with a 100 calories sometimes I just need to know I am still making the choices even when it is wrong I can get it back,and the next day is mine !!!!
70.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
