I woke up with migraine this morning. I don't have migraine so often and cannot remember the last time I had it. I took naproxen (it's my magic pill) in the morning and got better gradually. I was able to do workout. Then it came back 4pm. I cannot remember if I took another pill, but I think I did because migraine went away now. It was bad. I don't know what triggered it. I don't recall any unusual activity or food I consumed yesterday. I hope I won't have migraine tomorrow.

I started watching "Downtown Abbey" from Netflix the day before yesterday and couldn't stop watching it! It was really good, and I ended up staying up till... 4am yesterday morning. Hum. Could it be the reason of migraine? I often stay up late, easily till 2am, though. Either way, I should sleep early tonight... no later than 1am!
