I don't know how many times I'm gonna fall off the weight loss wagon but as long as I keep getting on I know one day I will have success. Life keeps throwing curve balls. Gotta learn to keep the mind set to get this done to feel better. This time around my little family is doing this with me so here's hopin for a better outcome.

((Kristal))...every day one day at a time, and the fact that you keep getting back on the wagon is truly your strength. I am an emotional eater and have to fight it constantly. Thankfully I have not had any large emotional crises since my start last year, but have had small ones that could have caused a setback. Glad your family is supportive, and there's lots of folks here who can help too :)
