Today was the first time I was able to do Firm DVD, "Cardio Overdrive", in high intensity version all the way. It's a great feeling. It looks like the thing I needed to go through to the end was a "strong will". Without pushing myself, I can't really tell how far I can really go. I just needed a "strong will" to push myself further. On the other hand, diet is not really good. I need more focus and determination. And I need time to cook!
53.5 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
