down to 185 feeling great it is becoming more and more noticeable in my face and in my clothes I love it and the best feeling is when people start to notice and start to say wow how much weight have you lost you look really good!!!! I am down to a size 13 from a 16/18 even my undies and bras have gotten to big so I have down sized from a size 9 underware to a size 5/6 wow!!!!! and bra from a 40 C to a 36 C what a difference a little weight can make so for those of you that might be having a hard time do not give up it is worth it in the end!!!!
