It's so easy to allow a few crackers here or there, or a half-pint of beer. I've been a bit indulgent and I can feel it in my body and on the scale. Funny how my weight shifted to around my belly when I started allowing those seemingly small amounts of grain-based foods. I am working to regain my attitude that non-paleo foods are poisoning my system and that no amount of yumminess is worth the blow to my health. I did it before and can do it again. I plan to be down to 135 by the end of March. Now that will feel really good!!!
