GOAL!!! woot!!Today is LIW.. and I hit my goal.. next I start working out more and strength training.. now all the fats down to a minimum.. I need to build muscles.. they are peony LOL..
65.7 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
