Am starting again today as I didn't do it properly when I joined in October but I have a Caribbean Cruise planned for the end of next year and my aim is to lose my weight for this!!

Have recorded a small amount of exercise but the small amount is because I have recently had foot surgery and am only just getting back to walking I hope to increase this daily until I achieve a good amount. I am hoping to start the C25K soon, although I've never run before, I did walk a marathon for breast cancer. I read somewhere that you get good results with C25K combined with Scientific 7. I've downloaded the apps, anyone had success with these
