You're 6 days in and 4 pounds down. Almost a pound a day. What's the reason to give up? There is sooo much to learn, why not stick with it. I am 8 months in and I love it... now hehe ~tig

it's very normal to feel yucky (down, discouraged, almost sick like) but that's your body making BIG changes... hang in there! Remind yourself of all the reasons you started this change to begin with!!! You know you want to make this happen for you...don't give up! You will start feeling much better soon, and the weight will continue to come down!
