Tuesday night I had dinner with the bookclub AND STAYED ON THE DIET!! That's tough. No alcohol, I ate a salad, and refused my friends' offers of french fries.

Excercised yesterday (Thursday), and followed the diet.

Today (Friday)I planned to exercise in the morning, but I was too tired and slept an hour later instead. No problem -- my goal is 4 workouts per week so if I work out on Saturday I will still meet my goal.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
