Started PERIOD on Saturday for 1st time since Priya was born (had a LITTLE spotting last month but not a REAL period). Bled 10X more than I EVER have in my LIFE. So I MAY be a BIT bloated from that.
I was up & on my feet doing some SERIOUS house cleaning on the basement both Sun & Mon mornings for about 4 hours each morning.
I did some extra walking today to/from court house for hearing regarding grandkids.
I still need to increase my activity level on a more consistent basis.
Co-worker, Jaime, & I are going to spend the next 3 months trying to lose a little bit of weight TOGETHER to help hold each other more accountable. I even created a chart for us to track our progress for weight, BMI, % body fat, measurements (waist, hips, thighs, biceps), etc. and we are both supposed to track our food on our respective websites.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
