I'm doing great. Got another GREAT workout in today. Lost another pound and down to 37% body fat! I can almost feel my muscles starting to tingle when at rest! I can't wait till I can feel them pulse & twitch! Then I'll know they are at their best!
134.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
