Well, it's been a long time since I was this heavy "again"! Starting tomorrow, crash dieting by using some of the fun recipes shown on this site. I'll check in on 11/15. Gonna crash this baby so I can get back into my pants comfortably. I gotta drop at leas 5 lbs to get back to the 160s. Until then.....
