OK, so I couldn't resist weighing in after writing about it last night. I have lost another 2 pounds and 2% body fat! I'm down to 299lbs & 41% body fat!
135.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
