I've been pumping once or NONE per day lately but still eating the same. PLUS eating more junk food. I've got to REALLY buckle down & start eating better.
Also, I've been less active since the grand kids have not been staying with us the last 3 weeks.
ALSO, I did NOT watch what I ate while we were on vacation the last week of September. I'm sure THAT did NOT help my weight loss / maintenance efforts!!
65.8 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
