UGGHHH! Sigh, yes, I gained 5 lbs., that totally sucks, but I didn't follow any program. I ate with reckless abandon, now, it's back to the grind! Just got through watching Biggest Loser, I had taped it, and was bawling my eyes out! Geesh, that show so motivates me and makes me cry practically every week!

My goals are:

To be present in my familys life and mine!
Stop the mindless eating or snacking for no reason!
Get myself moving again, because it does make me feel soooo much better!
Somehow stop my mind from racing from all the negative thoughts!
Eat fresh clean food! I have one body, one life right?
Oh, yeah, and make more MONEY!!!
93.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

I took off fro working out and watching what I ate for about 90days. 90 days longer than I had planned but that's ok. Your body and mind need what they need. I only gained 4lbs which I was happy to see but like you I am here to get back in the game!!

Five pounds in this season is to be considered a good job, it will be gone in no time. I like the more Money goal, makes sense. :-) Keep up the good work!
