I stupidly stopped working out. Haven't worked out since Early november. This day (Jan. 4) is my 1st day of working out for the new year. I will commit to working out 5 days per week! While I am in Arkansas for a week I wil be jogging!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
