Ate closer to my calorie allowance. I usually stick to around 1500, even though my allotted is 1800. Trying to figure out how to maintain weight while also not living on 1500 for the rest of my life. Any tips? I did my three 50min workouts like normal. 30min cardio 20min strength. I did take a huge weight lost last week and didn't trust it so maybe it's balancing out. Next few weeks are going to be crazy though. Have my wedding next Saturday then honeymoon. And I'm not counting calories until I get back. That should be fun, but it will also be nice to not constantly be worrying if I'm going to go over calories
70.3 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
