I have slowly been reverting back to some old habits.
1. snacking when really not hungry
2. after 5PM snacks
3. not preparing ahead of time before eating
I will start with preparing ahead of time. I have come too far to go back now. Keep in the fight!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week
