This is the first bump back after a couple weeks of steady progress. I attribute this to normal fluctuations in water retention combined with the consumption of terribly salty foods over the weekend. Poor sleep probably doesn't help. Three hundred pounds is a giant bugaboo in my mind and I was really hoping to see me under it today. Oh well. There's always tomorrow, assuming I'm not starting a slide into sabotage territory.

This I shall contemplate whilst chomping on the miso-glazed eggplant that I just torched.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Having just meet my first goal of under 300lbs myself, I can relate. Keep it up! It will come. I have severe back issues and can’t do much in the way of exercise so hard to keep that metabolism going! 🤣 This last year I ballooned to a all time high of 320! I made a decision to get serious about my weight again in late July. I’m down to 295 finally!!! Next goal 290! Good luck and stick to it! Allow yourself a few indulgences. 🙌🏻
