Finally the air in California cleared up so I could take a hike, which boosted my spirits and helped me burn 1500 cal!🔥🙏🏼💓 I think I’m going to just be following a healthy but keto diet, and trying to make sure I hike like this three times a week. Would love to start a local hiking club
