Well, it only takes 2 weeks to put on 4 pounds. AHH! I don't know what has been going on with me lately, but I have just been eating, eating, eating. Today is the day that I get back in the game and take control. I can't make excuses anymore.

BusyBoni is right, those last 10 are the hardest! I've been trying to lose the last 10 for the past 5 years! We'll get there. :-) Keep at it and think positive. Spring is coming, which is bound to give us an extra burst of energy. Boooo winter.
