I have been doing really great with this diet. I love it. I have been running every night excluding the weekend. The running has been helping me with all the stress from all of my heath problems. I am going into the hospital on thursday for a colonoscopy so I can't eat tommorrow and then I have to drink 4 ounces of laxitive. So I bet I will lose some more weight next week.
