Not starving works in more ways than one!! You feel better and can do more...it looks like you are having steady success. I have read some of your entries and you said you thought things were going too slow..but you know what is said about slow and steady weight loss. If wt comes off too quick, it can be quick to return, Im a witness to that!! Keep up your great steady losses :)
