It's frustrating to gain weight even after averaging below your daily calorie intake and working out 3x 🤦🏻♀️ It's a thing you're body will do to you though. BUT! I'm doing this to help me become healthier individual and to become more conscious of my calorie intake. With the hopes of losing some weight along the way 😅
