Yesterday I made a mistake which caused me to make a bad decision. When I packed my lunch I left my meat at home and ended up with nothing but greens and tomatoes for a salad. I ate the cheese stick I had brought for a snack with lunch but I was still hungry. Then at snack time I had no snack. Now I'm really hungry! I had to work late last night. My boss served cheesecake at the late meeting and told everyone that I was on a diet. Of course they began teasing me to eat it and I ended up eating a piece. The fact that I had chicken in the crockpot waiting for me at home was lost on the fact that I was starving and the cheesecake was there. I so regret that stupid decision today! I weighed myself this morning with only a half of a pound gain as a penalty for my indiscresion. Also, Today was supposed to be the last day of Phase One and now I'm not sure if I should move on or stay here a little longer.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I dont know, totally up to you. Are your cravings gone, are you feeling phase 1 did what it was supposed to do? Are you happy with how you're feeling? It's rather important not to cheat while on phase 1 but it's also important not to keep redoing phase 1 because of a cheat. If you kept a food diary we could look and see the kind of things you had and have better input for you. I guess I don't know...see what others have to say.

i agree with imluuvd...it really depends on you and your cravings...if you still have them or if they are retriggered...stay on phase 1 for a couple more days...if not move on
