Yea!! I worked off what I gained for the Holidays! Glad to get rid of it and get on with it!
108.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I STILL havent gotten rid of what I gained in December... end of nov I was down 2 lbs less than I am now! upsetting for sure lol its soooo easy to gain! good job.. you did it by the 10th of Jan! :)
