Hmm...not sure what to think about this. I'm happy that I lost 4lbs but I'm not exactly sure how I did it. I weighed in on monday...its wednesday now. Either I was wearing really heavy clothing the day I weighed in (I usually take off all unnecessary or heavy items...) or it was caused by something due to the MASS amount of studying I've been doing. I'm happy I lost the weight but I'm concerned because its not healthy to lose that much weight in two days >_>

I feel ironic saying this but I hope it doesn't keep going down that fast. Hoping for a more healthy decline of health!

Sometimes the boday works in mysterious ways. It could be water weight, but don't be disappointed if it comes back the next time you weigh in, it is completely natural for your weight to fluctuate.
